Alex Schriefer - Co-Owner and Director of Operations
Having literally grown up in his father's delicatessen in Westchester, New York , Mr. Schriefer has been working in food service almost since he learned to walk. Alex is relentless in his pursuit to provide our customers with exactly what they need to make their events a complete success. He prides himself on doing whatever it takes to ensure our clients get the best service possible and never hesitates to go the extra mile.

Stephanie Emilo - Sales & Events Coordinator
Stephanie grew up in Burlington Vermont and developed a love of entertaining at a very early age. Her first job out of college was on a presidential campaign where she worked as the logistics manager. This is where she got her first taste of coordinating events on a professional level. After most recently working as the Deputy Director of a DC Non-Profit, Stephanie decided to leave the political world and pursue her first love, catering.

Reina Ramirez - Sous Chef
Reina is responsible for keeping the kitchen staff (and owners) on track and on time. In addition to being a wonderful culinarian, Reina is cool under pressure and makes sure the food tastes as good as it looks on the plate. Ms. Ramirez is much more then simply The Most Efficient Person on the Planet. In between all of her catering duties, she assures that we make the best ice creams and sorbets that you have ever tasted. Reina is our charter employee and has been working with Leland for over 8 years.

Milen Vasilevski - Delivery and Driver Manager
Someone has to keep the band of happy Bulgarian delivery drivers in line and on time, and Milen is more than capable of handling the task. For the past three years, Mr. Vasilevski has been in charge of scheduling, training and making sure that the vans start when you turn the key. These are critical elements that are vital to our on-time mandate. When not working, Milen is riding a part of his motorcycle collection or playing volleyball. He is a past Captain of the Bulgarian National Volleyball team.
